OEM Quality, Proven Reliability.

PEAK features a premium hydrophobic topcoat that delivers a hard weather-resistant surface designed to take on real-world conditions like UV exposure, environmental contaminants, road debris, and the everyday wear that degrades ordinary films. The result is a product that holds its appearance and performs reliably across years of use.

Why PEAK?

Where PEAK truly earns its reputation is on the shop floor. Its repositionable, pressure-sensitive adhesive gives installers the working time they need to achieve precise, clean results, making the application process more efficient from the first panel to the last. For OEMs, ports, and high-volume installers, that efficiency translates directly into cost savings and confidence.

Peak™ PPF Cross section

OEM-approved. Installer-trusted.
Built to last.

PEAK isn’t just a product we distribute, it’s a product we’ve worked with, tested, and trust. Allied Applied Films brings years of hands-on installation experience to everything we supply. We understand what this film needs to do at the production line and the install bay.

We supply PEAK with the same commitment we bring to every product in our line: consistent lot quality you can spec with confidence, responsive fulfillment that works with your production schedule, and a team that treats your timeline and your reputation as seriously as our own.

The Film Structure

PEAK is built on the same proven thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) base that forms the backbone of all premium PPF. Aliphatic TPU delivers outstanding impact resistance, flexibility, and natural self-healing properties. This means light surface swirls and scuffs can be removed with heat, keeping the film looking clean between services.

The Adhesive

PEAK uses a high-performance, UV-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive formulated for fast water clearing during wet application. It provides strong reliable initial tack to painted and chrome surfaces, increases in adhesion strength over the first 24 hours post-install, and maintains high shear anchorage that supports clean removal years later. Repositionability during the install window gives operators the flexibility to get placement right before the film fully commits.

The Hydrophobic Topcoat

PEAK’s topcoat uses a proprietary hard coated chemistry engineered to bond tightly to the TPU base, creating a surface that resists weathering, UV degradation, and staining. Its hydrophobic properties help water bead and make it harder for contaminants to bond, making the film low maintenance by design.

The Layer Stack

Hydrophobic Topcoat → TPU → Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive

Each layer is specified, tested, and manufactured to consistent standards. Lot-to-lot uniformity means predictable performance every time you open a roll. No surprises or guesswork here.
